Terms of Service

Independent studio

TinyDesk AI is an independent AI parody tool, not affiliated with NPR or Tiny Desk Concerts. Previews show our AI band template with its original reference lead.

Adults and permission

Upload exactly one portrait of an adult aged 18 or older. You must have permission to use the image and depict that person in an AI video. Do not impersonate someone deceptively or submit unlawful or exploitative material. Consent is your declaration, not automated age or identity verification.

Reference video and soundtrack

Your photo replaces the lead singer in the supplied desk-concert template. Downloads include the template soundtrack and a silent copy. A credit purchase does not transfer music or footage rights or imply official endorsement. AI likeness, timing and fine detail can vary. Review and label AI content before sharing.

Credits and availability

Credits belong to this project. A 480p video costs 1000 credits, 720p costs 1500 and 1080p costs 3000. Credit packs are one-time purchases. Failed tasks return reserved customer credits once; this is not a cash refund. There are no recurring subscriptions or shared global credit entitlements for this project.

Limitations

The requested format is 19 seconds and vertical 9:16, in your selected 480p, 720p or 1080p quality. Availability depends on configured services and available supplier capacity and the project budget. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot legally be excluded.
